Acoustic Environment

Reverberation is a key characteristic of a room’s acoustic environment. It is created by sound reflecting off the walls, floor and ceiling. When too much sound bounces around a space, speech becomes hard to understand and music loses its clarity. The SoundSense product line includes treatments to help your space have the ideal reverberation time while minimizing echoes and creating a pleasing acoustic environment.

SoundSense has developed proprietary computer programs and testing methodology to aid in inhibiting noise from entering a room, facility, or other environment.  The Paradise Effect® takes into account the level of noise intrusion, as well as how sound reacts in a space. SoundSense can “tune”any room to suit a hearing preference, hearing sensitivity or impairment. The Paradise Effect® provides the proper design and placement of products to create an acoustically soothing environment.
