Cynthia Aragona


Cynthia M. Aragona joined SoundSense LLC in 2009 as the bookkeeper. She performs general accounting duties and records and maintains a complete set of company financial records that include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax Return Filings
  • Payroll
  • Online Banking
  • Human Resources Support
  • Administrative Support

Prior to joining SoundSense, Cynthia was the comptroller for a construction company in a management level position. She was responsible for supervising the quality of accounting and financial reporting of the organization. Cynthia also previously implemented computer automation for a dirt and rock recycling facility, acted as the liaison to the New York State Public Improvement Agencies, and was a WBE company owner.

Cynthia received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Queens College in 1980. She participated in the Practical Aspects of Interior Design Diploma program in 1988 and received her QuickBooks certification 1999. Cynthia received her New York State Small Business Development Contractor Readiness Training certificate in 2010. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating, and yard sailing.
