Nick Roselli

Nick Roselli specializes in acoustic testing, architectural and HVAC design review/analysis, vibration isolation, and construction administration. During his time in the acoustic consulting industry, he has had experience in a wide variety of projects including office fitout design, core and shell design, healthcare, and education.
Throughout his career, Nick has been involved in numerous projects including:
- Toronto, ON Skyscraper – 2,900,000 ft2 Core and shell and interior fitout design.
- Historic Park Avenue Skyscraper – Repositioning and core and shell design.
- Upper East Side Residential Twin Towers – Architectural, structural, and HVAC acoustic design review and construction administration
- Columbia University Academic Buildings – HVAC and architectural acoustic design, construction administration, sound separation testing, and reverberation time analysis.
- Children’s Psychiatric Hospital, West Seneca, NY – Architectural, HVAC, and façade acoustic design and analysis.
- Data Center, Waukee, IA – Long-term monitoring and noise impact study of the proposed data center on adjacent residences.
Graduating from the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an Acoustics Concentration, Nick joined Cerami & Associates in 2017 before moving to SoundSense in 2022. Nick enjoys hiking, making music, and spending time with his friends, family, and cat in his off time.
